ʻUlu Maʻafala at sunset. Maʻafala is a Samoan breadfruit that thrives on our farm. In addition to eating the cooked, starchy fruit, preferably cooked in an imu or over an open fire/bed of coals. We like to make a delicious "ulu tea" for our ʻohana/hālau when the drying leaves turn to a golden hue.
